Returns policy

RETURNS

If for whatever reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days (in its original condition.) The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please email us and we will give you all the details you need to return your order. We can then give you a full refund or exchange it for another item. Either way, we will do our best to make sure you are happy!

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@erinsummer.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

LOST, STOLEN OR LATE PACKAGES

Erin Summer is not responsible for lost, stolen or late packages. Once the tracking information indicates "delivered” Erin Summer is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

SHIPPING TIMES

Usually, it takes 2–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

With printing, production and shipping times in mind, please allow between  1 -4 weeks for delivery (this may increase slightly over busy periods such as Christmas time, but we'll keep you updated closer to the time).

 All of our products are made to order with our production partners based in different locations across the world, which is a much more sustainable production process and allows us to use minimal waste. 

Due to this, our fulfillment times are a little longer. Made-to-order products can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered depending on your location,  but will usually arrive well within that window (around 7 working days on average). 

All of our products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability, so if you order more than one item, please bear in mind your order may arrive in different packages.

CUSTOMS

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. 

Please note that we are not responsible for additional VAT or customs fees that may be added when entering countries other than the USA.
